Best way to reward CO employee for exceptional service
What would be the best way to reward an exceptional electronic support agent? I had a huge problem with one of my reservations (unaware of it, until I called CO) and the agent worked on the case all day to find a solution (called me back at the end of her working day just to let me know what she could do to restore my reservation). Saved me hundreds of dollars and much grief and I just want to know what is the best way to reward such an outstanding agent. Made me feel like CO really cares about me as a costumer...
Options are: Note to We Care with name and case description or send an actual present to the agent in Houston (and how do I find the adress for that)? Or both?
