There is very little experience so far, just a few on PTS and here. Most people have a huge pile of points coming in February from the '500 points for a CD / 1k for a phone / 2k for a dongle' promos so most people are waiting until then, as only 1 transfer is allowed at 'double up'. The few who have transferred so far seem to be people who need to book something now.

A lot of people on PTS have also been doing Air Mile transfers at 'double up' because they want to use them for booking package holidays via Air Miles. Since Air Miles gives you 6p per mile towards a package holiday booked through them, you effectively get (£2.50 voucher = 120 AM' = £7.20) just under 3 x face value going this route.
