I have just completed my FFN award stay at the PH Sydney.My room type is the Harbour Deluxe King,Opera Deluxe King was sold out in the day. I spoke to the manager about Diamond upgrade policy. The hotel will try upgrade to best available room,however they don't have too many rooms.If guest book Opera King they do have priority upgrade to Opera Deluxe King. He also mention PH Sydney going to renovation the public area soon.
