I'm a mainly-domestic 1k, and have offered mine to my parents and inlaws, who travel internationally. So far it hasn't been useful for them, but down the road something might work out, and after all the time the spent changing my diapers and cleaning poop off my tush when I was a kid (in addition to being all around great people over the subsequent 3.5 decades) I figure they kinda deserve it.
