Yes, i too would like to double check on this. I have not heard a case of this before, and i have been following peoples success with this very closely. The consensus seems to be that this is the only method that would not work. If a BAEC has had miles earned from Tesco then no double miles bonus will be given. It seems as if BAEC do the checking, and not Tesco.
There has been people converting there CC vouchers through a CC Acc that is 'non virginal to a BA miles conversion' however as they have entered the BAEC details of an account that has not had Tesco earned miles they receive the bonus. Hope that makes sense.
So basically its pretty easy, however the above should not work if your BAEC account has had Tesco earned miles. Every other route seems to work, just not this.
