Just a digression, why can't we choose to receive an email receipt after a stay like Marriott? I'm platinum on both chains and I think this is one of the few perks I like from Marriott over the Starwood hotels. I've always got an email folio after checking out without asking at any Marriott properties (it saves me the time to scan the paper receipt to prepare my expense report).
