2 hours is more than enough in TPE. I just departed from there, and through NRT, last week. The security line was long but it moved very, very fast. I got there 90 minutes before departure and still had 15 minutes to spend in the China Airlines lounge before boarding started.
You'll also have plenty of time in NRT to connect. Even if it was 60 minutes, you'd be fine.
