More specifically, it is only medevac, but it is the very best medevac coverage you can buy -- if you're stabilized, it will pay to have you transported to the hospital of YOUR choice. That's huge, particularly since most policies at best cover transport to the nearest qualified hospital (and they get to determine that) -- and that hospital might well not be in your country. They also have a great team that medically organizes the transport.
But it does not cover either your medical costs while on the trip, or your medical costs if you are evacuated back. So for that you may need other coverage.
