I get it way too often, even for a simple booking it drops down. It's irritating, the price window is bouncing around as you scroll, the chat window then comes in, etc.

I think they could have implemented a smaller version of it, but it's good to know it's there if it's ever needed, other companies I've used it with have been great, way easier then the phone in most cases for me.
