I just arrived yesterday in Auckland ex LAX and IAH flight was good service was good seats where good. very friendly airport even cleaned my golf shoes when i got here as they had been worn and was called a bio hazard. changed planes in AUK few to Napier absolutely beautiful here in the wine country. I would choose NZ over UA as connecting in AUK is very easy and flight crews are pleasant.
