If you buy the "Mr & Mrs Smith ... In Bed With ...." compilation CD, in aid of charity Shelter, you also get a Blacksmith card included. CD is £8.95ish at Asda Direct and Tesco Direct, so cheaper than a book and potentially more interesting. I got a copy from Asda and can confirm that a card is inside. The space for it is clearly marked so it is 100% certain that all copies come with one.
