Cancelation without login number !
Dear friends,

Please help me in this urge situation. I bought a ticket without doing a login to the website. So I cannot acceed to the My Bahn part to find my reservation in order to cancel.

How can you do it ?? Do you know how to find my commande if I was not logged in.

Thanks for your help, i'm completely desperated (((((((((((((((((
