thank you, the property in this case is the 4 Points NorthEast Philadelphia Airport. I can also PM you my details if that would be helpful. also, the front desk has since emailed a zero dollar folio, but without the room charge (there were no incidentals).

also, i can't begin to say how helpful your presence here on FT is, would that more companies delivered customer service like this.
