It still amazes me how much we still have to call BA or BAEC to sort out these days... and yes, having to hang up and call back because you KNOW you know more than the person at the other end of the line is
really irritating!*
BUT having said that, I guess online booking is still in its relative infancy and I have real respect for the people who manage and design ba.com because it's one of the best travel booking sites out there IMHO
I can't think of specific examples off the top of my head, but new and better functionality appears to be added on a very regular basis.
My pet peeves are still the non-credit of WT+ TPs and miles when travelling on an MFU... that's been going on for years now!
Going through the whole 'upgrade class of travel' on an itinerary, seeing 'the price of your upgrade will be quoted on the next page' and then being told to 'contact your local booking office' at the end of the process!
... and there are many others...
keep up the good work at ba.com though... your efforts do not go unnoticed

* and for the call centre staff, I must say this is a very rare occurrence on the UK line, and I've never had bad information or service on YouFirst
