Questions abt upcoming stay at JW Phuket
Hello everybody!
We are going to the JW Marriott Phuket for a week-long stay starting on Feb 11. We have platinum status with Marriott so we requested early check-in, a room upgrade, and free breakfast when we talked to the agent over the phone. She put it into the system. But should I contact the hotel directly to be sure?
Is there anything else we, as platinum members, should know?
