Trying to book an award ticket on the AF website is really frustrating.. For the last week, I am trying to book two SFO-CDG tickets.. only option given is via AMS with KLM (coach), I go thru the names, passeport info process and everytime, I get a message error saying that the last remaining seat have just be taken.. Of course, phone desk is no help..
