I've done the trip both in coach and in first. Sacramento does quite well - so even the SMF - SEA leg is pretty full. As Pipeliner states, SEA - ANC is full, therefore, an F seat for all makes the trip very easy on the family. I actually prefer a stop in SEA. To me, it breaks the trip up nicely and gives me the opportunity to stretch and walk a little, from 1F to the Boardroom to 1F - that's a nice walk!
