Hmm Id say F is worth it particularly a great use of a companion fare. Thats where you get your best monies worth out of it. Heck to me its worth being in F between FAI/ANC instead of coach fwiw. I would use a cert from SMF if I didnt have any longer bigger plans for the year ahead. I used one between JNU/ANC because it had to be used or lost ....my family gets 2 of um^ and 2 DL coach comp fares(hard to use um all). So one is used for a nice vacation and the other usually gets used on some closer route, AS has non stop to ANC from SFO starting some time in may...aint sure what date.
