Customer Service ?

Leaving Toronto on Monday evening to Winnipeg........Winnipeg had some bad weather and I knew a co-worker got onto the earlier flight and they mentioned that the flight might be re-directed to Saskatoon.

SO, I am at my gate - quite early I might add for the 18:45 flight. I walk up to the female agent sitting there looking at her computer screen.......barely anybody around. She does not lift her head - I've been down this road before with AC and the blood pressure starts increasing. I say very nicely "excuse me?" she says yes. I said "I am just wondering if you there are any delays going into Winnipeg ?" - She replies " I have no idea". That's it - That's all. So I stand there thinking to myself that now this is just really amusing !! I said you have no idea - she says well what flight are you on? I simply said " don't worry about it, I'm sorry for bothering you" and walked away.

Don't get me wrong because I have also sent many emails to AC complimenting them on some great employees........actually met a FA whom was getting in from Tokyo I believe - very friendly!

Why is there such a swing and a person never knows what they are getting.....one moment you have a fantastic employee then in a split second later the exact opposite. I think I simply just hate the arrogance that some of them portray at times !!

Whew...thanks - just my two cents....and yes I know that's all it is !
