"Itinerary not eligible for online check-in"
I started hearing about this in the office last week. I just became a victim today.
I fly enough to have a CP and A-list for two years. A couple of months ago, I updated my WN membership profile w/ my middle name and birthdate. (everything I'm "supposed" to do)
So today, on the returne leg of my business trip, I got the "itinerary not eligible for online check-in" message.
The phone agent told me that "...this is a TSA thing...they're randomly not allowing people to check-in online..."
Not happy about this. If this keeps up, there will be no benefit to attempt to check-in early, pay for Business Select, get on the A-list, or pay for Early Bird.
Can anyone confirm this is a new part of a revised TSA procedure?
