$450 is definitely off. They're probably forgetting to void out the fuel surcharge which should come off.

As for the FRA transit, if you're a U.S. citizen, transiting is not a problem. I believe Germany requires a transit visa if your citizenship is Indian. Doable, but probably a dealbreaker given the CO option.

Other than that, looks like the LH scheduling is better, I would go for that.
