I think there is a simple solution here. If anyone receives / observes poor customer service from BA CC they should make a note of as much detail as possible and file a complaint / customer satifsaction survey. BA CC are one of the highest paid CC in the industry (fact) and therefore they should provide one of the highest levels of customer care, regardless of whether the pax is a crying baby or a DYKWIA.
Actually, we are no where near the highest paid in the industry FACT. If you ever have a problem onboard please speak to the purser or CSD, we are there to ensure everyone gets off the aircraft happy, if you leave it till you get off we won't have a chance to manage the crews performance and meet your expectations.
