At OSL they have dedicated de-icingstands build (can take 5 or 6 narrow bodies in parallell), no de-icing at the gates at all to avoid contamination. All fluids used on the stand will go to a treatment plant(?) to avoid contamination of the ground. I don't think they re-using it directly as it will get contaminated from the ground and since they use two different types you will get a mix of both in the drain.
