Just received an answer to my e-mail:

"Congratulations on your future Elite status.
Although our Maple Leaf Club memberships are not transferable nor
refundable, we offer to the members reaching Elite status a pro-rated refund
of the membership ( less $35 adm. fees)."

Now thatīs some great news and Iīm once again impressed by ACīs customer service! ^

I was considering the MLL annual membership ($425CAD), but as Iīll only benefit from it for less than a month, I think itīs a waste of money. Is there any chance of getting a (partial) refund after hitting Elite status or transferring it to another person?
