From DL's benefits:

"Lounge Access—Complimentary access to most SkyTeam lounges worldwide when traveling in any class of service. Simply present your same-day ticket for an international or connecting SkyTeam flight. You can even invite a guest to join you in the lounge"

That is for departure lounges. Arrivals lounge access is not a SkyTeam required benefit for SkyTeam ElitePlus, and it is arrivals lounge access that I am talking about with regard to AF at CDG. I am talking about trips even where there is no "same-day ticket for an international or connecting SkyTeam flight", just a prior day's ticket for an international SkyTeam flight from XYZ to CDG.
