If nothing else, the hotel should have a record of the charges and credits for your room that night, and be able to provide that in a folio. They have to be recording the revenue somewhere.
They aren't the hotel employees do not know how to process the invoice. This has been discussed before.....I forget which lurker contacted someone to request some "re training".

I would call customer service as well!
