Please help

My nephew aged only 28 died on Christmas Day due to cancer. A week before his funeral I ordered a hire car from Hertz to drive myself to his funeral. I ordered the car paying extra for delivery to be delivered to my office at 0830. At 0830 on the day I phoned to say that the car had not been delivered, they said they would get back to me. Half an hour passed and no call so I called them again. They said the car had been delivered and the keys handed over. I said I had received no car or no keys. They said they would call me straight back. Again another half an hour passed and no call. I called them back and asked where my car was as I was quickly running out of time to get to the funeral. They said " bad news Im afraid, there is no car, we messed up on the order, sorry" I was so angry and so frustrated. The day was stressful enough as it was without this nonsense. I rushed along to a local taxi rank and hired a taxi to take me to the funeral, wait half an hour until the service was over and return me home. This cost me £120.00 I have emailed Hertz at least 15 times asking for this money to be compensated but they are completely ignoring me. I need to know how I can contact the Managing Director of Hertz as I am thinking of taking County Court action against them for breach of contract. But I would rather contact the Managing Director to explain to him/her my case. Im am so frustrated, can somebody please advise me?
