The Virgin Trains website is quite clear as to which stations it has lounges at, and what are the conditions for access when travelling with VT.

The stations are:
Birmingham (New St and International)
Coventry
Crewe
Liverpool Lime St
London Euston
Manchester Piccadilly
Runcorn
Stoke-on-Trent
Wolverhampton
