When I would work this JFK-MIA-JFK 762 flight, I would often get asked why an Elite did NOT receive any seats between 7 and 11. Well, because this particular flight is sold as 2-Class and those seats are generally sold as Y. Sure, there are a few seats that agents will give to ExP/PL/GLDs, but it is NOT guaranteed (from what I understand) that these seats are reserved solely for Elites.
