yeah see my post above. Alaska prices have lowered for the same reason. I agree its a pity that Safeway is acting as if they are looking out for the little guy lowering prices. Apparently they laid off their secret shoppers? Otherwise theyd realize that Kroger/Fred Meyer and all the rest have been lowering prices slowly with the price of crude as well. A great salesman gives you the illusion of a great sale without actually giving you a great sale. Safeway is darn good at that practice.
