This company in Nashville probably runs the unattended booth I spotted in BNA last week that offers the SWA credit card. Who knows, maybe this company and some of the others you mentioned are also operational in the Chicago and Florida markets. I'll find out when I call tomorrow morning. (The phone # above is working - I called but since it's after hours, I must call back tomorrow).

Nonetheless, I still hope to hear from FT members who might know the names of any similar companies currently operational at ORD, MDW and Florida airports.
