This is why it's important to find passengers that will voluntary switch to a later flight. Not all passengers have meetings, and some hours delay is easily compensated with money/miles/vouchers.
I would be inclined to ask for a bit more than €200 if in travel voucher (but if in cash, €200 would be about right).

I'd like to relay a recent encounter with Air France. I was checking in for a flight and I was asked if I would consider potentially going on a later flight (just over 2 hours later). It may not be necessary, but they were looking for two volunteers to potentially be bumped off the flight if necessary, because they were overbooked. They were offering €150 in AF voucher which could also be exchanged for €75 cash, plus a breakfast voucher that could be used anywhere at the airport. They were offered unconditionally - valid whether you do eventually get bumped off or not. The flight was only CDG-LHR.

This seems to have been the standard deal they offered for this flight. So €200 for a compulsory offload (rather than voluntary) and 4+ hour delay seems a little too low, especially if that is in voucher rather than cash.
