I've not used them,but have read some okay remarks online. It seems you have two seperate quetions. First, "Are they safe?" That seems to be a valid question for this forum. The other is about connect time in Buenos Aires and Aerolineas Argentina . I'd ask about connection times at the Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs forum.
