I was flying from Dublin to Helsinki via Heathrow. The airline (BMI) had changed the timing of the first flight just few hours after I made the booking a couple of months ago, and it was just my bad luck that I booked through skytours. BMI actually made a bit of a mistake as well, allowing me to check in to both flights that day (even though there was literally only 10 minutes to transfer between terminals in Heathrow.)
Its looking more and more likely that skytours is a scam. I've sent them a total of 5 emails so far. 3 before the flight to change the details and two afterwards to complain. total number of replies = 0.
If anyone knows where you can send complaints about such dodgy websites, please let me know!
