I agree that AA could do a better job on the complimentary food. Also, maybe complimentary beer and wine maybe from 4PM to closing (and would have no problem with a small rate increase to cover the free beer and wine.)

I will say that the AC Angels can be amazing. Well above service for me in the last year at SNA, SFO, LGA, FRA, DFW, and ORD. So so service at LAX, GRU and BOS.
