Anyone know the name of the marketing or promotion company(ies) that employ representatives to solicit airline-branded affinity credit cards in kiosks at airports in the USA nowadays?

I've been on the lookout for these kiosks in my travels, but haven't seen many lately. Last week I was in Nashville TN, and saw a stand promoting SWA's credit card, but it was unattended, as it was late in the evening. Had it been staffed, I would have asked who the company is they worked for.

I'm particularly interested in knowing of such companies in the Chicago and Florida markets.
