Cabin bonus is not shown as this term does not exist in M&M parlance. You simply get more miles when you fly business class - typically double the distance miles.

Status bonus - called executive bonus by M&M - is shown separately. However, you only receive this as FTL, SEN or HON if you fly one of the M&M airlines (LH, LX, OS, SN, LO, JP, LG, OU) or one of the North American *A partners (UA, CO, AC, US). As you flew NH, there is no executive bonus. You say you are "Frequent Flyer" - I assume you meant "Frequent Traveller".

If there are no promotions, status miles are always the same as award miles, i.e. both "cabin" and "status" bonus count as status miles.
