Going NAN from MCO in a couple of weeks on CO via LAX & HNL, and Air Mike from HNL to/from NAN. We bought B class tickets round trip with immediate upgrades to F/Business class for about $2K each, which gives us 150% EQMs and double MQMs. Then we bought R/Trip on NZ from NAN/AKL with the cheapest economy fare of about $500. As we are both *G we got NZ's equivalent of UA's E+ seating when we selected our seats on-line. The only thing is that NZ's website does not let you enter you CO OP number, so you have to call reservations and have them put it in. Then we could select our seating on-line.

Also we expect to have access to NZ's lounge in AKL and *G free luggage allowance when travelling on them. I do not think that there is a lounge in NAN.
