Dear FTler,

Just a quick question: In the Miles and More online interface all my flights show up with a total for status and a total for award miles only. So it is not straight forward for me to see if the bonus (since I’m a Frequent Flyer) was credited. In all my other programmes I typically see the something like this:
+ Miles flown
+ Cabin bonus
+ Status bonus
= Total

Is there any way for me to check if I got the right amount of miles credited?

In a related question I would love to know if Qatar flights are credited with M&M – the online help was a bit ambiguous about what will be credited. If the miles get credited, how long does this typically take?
