May I open this up just a little. I agree that boarding the main cabin first is an elite perk, especially when one has cabing baggage to stow. Whilst I know that was the question, do you think that it is a good idea to baord the premium classes first? the reason that I ask is that I usually find that people sitting by the aisle(s) usually get other peoples baggage swung in their faces, are jostled, and the aircraft generally feels like taking a seat by the doors of the London Underground! Even the perk of a drink on the ground can be hazardous if trying to hang on to a glass and its contents whilst people bump past you. I am very average size, and I usually have to duck at least once.

What do you think? I think that I prefer to board the premium cabins later rather than sooner as the storage of cabin baggage is usually not such an issue in the premium cabins.
