Yes, indeed, it seems KE raised some fares but the explanation above makes sense, that it simply has loaded its newer fares into the system. I just checked some tkts we purchased for sumer travel and while they are up a bit, about $100 or so, good fares are still available on KE's website. Of note, they are now more selective on which flights the cheaper fares are available. Awhile back it seemed that all flights were available at the cheaper fare, at least to and from JFK. Thus, hopefully, when KE reprices March flights any increase would be about the same. I had also seen the DC-BKK flt prices and, at $900 or so, they really were a terrific deal.
