That's absolutely my point: I asked them to get me a table absolutely anytime possible (I had no time constraints) but it was out of their Fine Dining system so they barely tried the website before calling me back and telling me that it was impossible (and of course politely apologizing).

Bottom line: concierge service is nice but a bit overrated, and when you have something a bit complicated it usually takes more time than doing it yourself
