I agree only in part. In my mind, you get a concierge to do things you don't have time to do yourself.
Perhaps I rushed to comment to your previous post, but you also were not very clear. El Bulli has a very specific / peculiar reservations policy. If you expected the concierge service to override it, then that's simply not possible. They cannot make tables magically appear out of nowhere (besides, they specifically say they have a separate "Fine Dining" service that works differently). If, OTOH, you expected them to do the legwork for you (i.e. by following the El Bulli procedure) and they refused, then OK, I see your point.
