In economy, all M11s have PTVs while not all 747s/74Ms do as yet. The 'economy comfort' part of the 747/74M whih used to be the elite plus mini cabin is pleasant (if entertainment is not your priority), I don't know about it on the M11. In business I know the 747/74M quite well but will only try the M11 next month. This being said, you will find very useful information already in the top two stickies of the KLM forum.
