Was passing TLL lounge earlier today and took a look at this paper at reception. Asked lady to elaborate the content. Apart from anything else, *A Golds are given access when flying LH, but cannot bring guests.

I'm not so good in understanding wild combinations of different airlines/lounges/cards, but I though (and experienced so far) that if you flying *A airline and you are *A Gold you can bring one guest. What's wrong here?
