hello all--
new poster, just found the forums. i've been all set to pull the trigger and buy a RT ticket from washington dc to BKK for a 2 week vacay. last time i checked, fares on Korean Air were in the $900s for late March to early April. Suddently, last night everything was in the $3000s. Today, it's $5000-6000. what is up?

i'm depressed that i dragged my feet. I can find some UA and ANA fares in teh $1300s, but am totally at a loss at what is going on. should i wait longer--will this reverse? or is $1300 the best i'm going to get now?

and has anyone used Thaifly? reputable or no?
