The second to the last time was a trip from hell: Plane went mechanical at STL; got new plane (CRJ ---> E145); boarding pass reader went mechanical; gate agent wrote new seat assignment on each boarding pass; FA didn't get the word that plane was full so started rearranging everyone for weight & balance purposes; E145 lands at ORD, can't steer; took 45 minutes to get a tug out to it (two police cars parked outside to ensure that the patients couldn't escape from the asylum), and another ~30 minutes or so to reach the gate; NW connection had already left on schedule. Wife & I each got a whole $25 voucher for our troubles.
