It is my understanding that you are allowed to use the Admirals Club when flying 1st class Transcon -- therefore, JFK-SJC, JFK-San Diego, BOS-SJC and the JFK/BOS-seattle flights also allow you access to the club even though you are flying on a 757 or 737.
