TravelDave. Go in First on the 757 and you are in the best part of the aircraft. You get the enhanced meal service, salad service, and dessert. I was not dissatisfied with Business Class, but First Class was most enjoyable. I've done that IAD-LAX, LAX-BOS, LAX-MIA. The seats are not as good on the 757, but the overall deal was superior.
