I agree! Anybody would prefer a window or an aisle seat to a middle. I used to be a window junkie but now prefer the aisle. This tip is practically (thank heaven) useless now, but we used to go for smoking seats in premium cabins (which used only to be one row) as we were non-smokers we had declared the cabin "non-smoking" on our side of the plane! That was truly selfish and I do not regret it for one minute!
